This is a full camcorder set including the mic, lens hood and 2 batteries . The batteries can be charged right in the camera or use the charging dock to charge both at once. There’s separate instructions for both the camera and mic.This is perfect for still videos like s blog or YouTube video. It has zoom but not auto focus. So it’s best to set this up on a still set. It’s definitely better that a webcam and obviously more portable. And rather than use the phone to capture video, I like this so I don’t fill the storage on my phone or not have access to the phone while I’m recording.The camera is easy to operate. I could pretty much plug and play and go through the menu and just play around.Initially I felt it was very good. It was very convenient to install and disassemble.
