I never did get an image out of this camera. Never mind that it is NOT POE (Power Over Ethernet) as advertised. I needed to use an external 12 volt DC power supply (not included) get this camera to communicate. Even when my DVR recognized the camera's IP address it was unable to display an image. No customer service contact info and no set up instructions equals zero stars. Thank you Amazon for letting me return this.
