When camera arrived the video quality was NOT as advertised and after some communication with seller they offered partial refund for us to keep and use. After 6 months camera lost ability to connect to ANY wifi network. Customer service was horrible. They just kept spouting the same reset/reboot mantra over and over with NO useful help or solution. When we got insistent that they provide something more they stopped responding completely! RUN from this seller!
